These Terms of Subscription (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you ("you" or "your") and Consilium Advisory Ltd (“Troberg Baby Box”, “we” "us," or "our"), a registered U.K. company under the company number 10869679, with its principal place of business at 47 Penton Way, Basingstoke, RG24 9RT, establishing terms and conditions under which you will subscribe to rent baby clothing items (“subscription service”, ,“rental”, “product”, “item”) and receive related services (“services”) from Troberg Baby Box via our website at www.trobergbabybox.com (“website").

Please read the terms and conditions of this agreement and our privacy policy carefully and make sure you understand them before subscribing to rent. By signing up for the subscription service, you are agreeing to be bound by and become party to this agreement and subject to our privacy policy. Terms may change, and by subscribing you agree to be bound by any changes to the agreement for rentals after the date of such change. We may provide notice of any such changes by email, account notifications, or by publishing them on the website. If you do not agree to all the terms of this agreement and our privacy policy, do not subscribe to rent.
You agree to receive all communications from Troberg Baby Box electronically via email. You agree to keep your email address up-to-date at all times and agree that you will be deemed to have received any notices we send to that email address.

Adult Agreement Required

By accepting these terms and conditions, you represent that you are 18 years or older and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method for the purpose of renting the products as described herein.
Our Rental Subscriptions

Troberg Baby Box offers rental subscriptions for boxes baby clothes. Troberg Baby Box offers two subscription services. The first is the “Rolling Subscription”. The Rolling Subscription lets you rent a new bundle of baby clothes when needed. You will be charged the agreed price every month. This Rolling Subscription will continue until it is cancelled by either you or Troberg Baby Box.
The second subscription service that Troberg Baby Box offers is a Yearly Subscription. The Yearly Subscription lets you rent new boxes of baby clothes over the course of a year. You will be charged at the beginning of the contract the agreed price for all rentals over the subscription length.

Rental Not Purchase: You agree and acknowledge that you are renting the products and that ownership of the products remains with Troberg Baby Box at all times.

Subscription Rental Fees: The subscription rental fee (“rental fee") listed on the website includes the rental fee, limited insurance coverage for reasonable wear and tear, delivery and return charges. 
Upon subscribing you authorise Troberg Baby Box and/or our third party payment processor to charge your payment card for the applicable rental fee on a recurring basis until the end of the selected subscription period or upon cancellation, and you authorise us to charge you for rental extensions, excessive damage, not returning items and loss of items. You will be notified by email before any charges are taken.

Cancellations, Refunds & Automatic Terminations
Cancellation and Refunds for Rolling Subscriptions and Yearly Subscriptions: 
To be eligible for a refund you must cancel your order and return the items unworn in their original condition to Troberg Baby Box within 14 days of receiving your first rental. To cancel you must email Troberg Baby Box (info@trobergbabybox.com with the subject ‘Cancellation’). You will be reimbursed the full amount within 14 days of us receiving your returned items.

Cancelling a Rolling Subscription
Rolling subscriptions will automatically renew and charge you every month. You may cancel your rolling subscription up to 7 days prior to your next rental period. To cancel your subscription for the following rental, please email info@trobergbabybox.com with the subject ‘Cancellation’. You will need to return your rented items before the end of your current period for the cancellation to be effective.

Automatic Termination of Yearly Subscriptions
Rolling subscriptions go up to size 80-86 cm and will automatically be terminated at the end of the second rental of size 80-86 cm. You will need to return your rented items before the end of the final rental period for the termination to be effective, otherwise you may be charged for another rental period.

Automatic Termination of Yearly Subscriptions
Yearly subscriptions will automatically be terminated at the end of the yearly subscription period. You will need to return your rented items before the end of the final rental period for the termination to be effective, otherwise you may be charged for another rental period. 

Consumer Rights

It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us by email: info@trobergbabybox.com.


To ensure you receive your delivery, please make sure the delivery address on your account is correct. To update a delivery address, please do this by emailing info@trobergbabybox with the subject “Address Update”. Please update the delivery address over 7 days prior to your next rental. If you update your delivery address after this time period, your delivery may go to your old address, which Troberg Baby Box cannot be held responsible for.

Rental Returns

Troberg Baby Box offers free returns at the end of the rental period. Please follow the instructions in your Troberg Baby Box to return your rental or email us at info@trobergbabybox.com. Once Troberg Baby Box has received confirmation of your return being posted, we will send out your next rental within 5 working days. You will receive email confirmation that your next rental is on it’s way.
You must return all rented items to Troberg Baby Box by the end of your rental period (you will be sent a reminder by email). You must return all items rented, regardless of their condition. If you fail to return an item/items, we will contact you first by email to remind you of the return. If you have been notified and still do not return the item/items, you agree that Troberg Baby Box may charge your payment card the retail price of all items that are not returned.

If you would like to keep the rental for longer please request a rental extension from Troberg Baby Box over 7 days prior to the end of your current rental period via email: info@trobergbabybox.com with the subject ‘Rental Extension’. Troberg Baby Box cannot guarantee rental extensions, but will endeavour to offer this whenever possible.

Rentals will need to be returned to Troberg Baby Box before you will be sent your next rental.

Financial Guarantees

Reasonable wear and tear to the product (including minor stains and small rips) is fully covered in your rental fee. If you have any items that are damaged or lost, please contact us immediately via email (info@trobergbabybox.com) so that we can work together to find a solution. 

If you return an item with excessive damage exceeding reasonable wear and tear, as determined by Troberg Baby Box’s sole discretion, you agree that Troberg Baby Box may charge your payment card the retail price of the item. If an item is lost, and therefore not returned to Troberg Baby Box, you agree that Troberg Baby Box may charge your payment card the retail price of that item.
Dispute Resolution

You can contact us at info@trobergbabybox.com to resolve any disputes. Alternatively you can visit the European Online Dispute Resolution platform - https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show&lng=EN - to make a complaint and have it resolved by an independent dispute resolution body.
